U.S. Bank Asset Based Finance has named Brian McDonald, Northeast team leader, Business Development. McDonald will be based in New York and is responsible for the origination and structuring of large corporate asset-based loans in the Eastern region. His efforts will be focused on financial sponsors and direct corporate relationships for the National Corporate Business Development Team.

McDonald has more than 25 years of experience in asset-based and leveraged lending. Formerly he served as managing director at GE Capital and also held leadership positions at Merrill Lynch Capital, Bank of America and Fleet Capital. He received a B.S. in Business Administration from Villanova University and an M.B.A in Finance from Seton Hall University.
