Triumph Business Capital has added two industry veterans. Jack Louden and Nancy Kalman have been named vice president, business development officer and will promote Triumph Business Capital’s general factoring services in the West and Midwest regions.

Louden comes to Triumph with more than 20 years of experience in B2B sales and finance. Previously, Louden served as business development manager at Riviera Finance where he was responsible for delivering cash flow solutions to the Colorado and Wyoming market. He also was self-employed for 18 years where he recruited, trained and managed sales associates and managers. Louden is a U.S. Navy veteran.

Kalman has joined the Triumph team as a seasoned sales executive with more than 20 years of professional experience in the financial services industry. She holds a deep understanding of the secured lending market place. She previously handled Business Development at Hilco Trading Company, Bank of America Business Credit and Wells Fargo. For more than two decades she has been an active member in the Association for Corporate Growth, Turnaround Management Association and Commercial Finance Association.
