Jeffrey C. Hampton, co-chair of Saul Ewing’s Bankruptcy and Restructuring Practice, has been elected to serve on the Turnaround Management Association’s (TMA) International Executive Board.

Established in 1988, TMA has more than 9,000 members in 49 chapters, including 32 in North America and one each in Australia, Brazil, China (Hong Kong), the Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, Southern Africa, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan and the United Kingdom, with a chapter in formation in Romania. Since 2005, the number of TMA members in Europe has grown from 310 to 1,006.

Hampton is active in the Turnaround Management Association and currently serves as the chairman of the Philadelphia Chapter of the TMA.

Hampton earned his B.B.A., cum laude, from Temple University, and his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
