Robert Vaughn and Carmen Posteraro joined Tiger Valuation Services as senior associates, managing asset appraisal teams in the firm’s Los Angeles and Boston offices, respectively. Both report to director of appraisals, Ryan Davis.

Vaughn previously spent more than eight years in Great American Group’s asset appraisal division, beginning in 2006 as a senior financial analyst in Boston. He subsequently relocated to the firm’s California office, where he was promoted in 2012 to associate project manager. Prior to joining the firm, Vaughn was a financial planning analyst for May company’s Filene’s/Kaufmann’s division in Boston. He began his career in 2004 in the department store chain’s executive training program.

Posteraro joins Tiger with more than six years of experience in asset-based lending, most recently as a VP, relationship manager-asset-based lending, at Santander Bank in Boston. He began his career in 2008 as a collateral asset-based examiner with Wells Fargo Capital Finance in Boston and went on to serve as a senior loan analyst at BDC Capital in Wakefield, MA, before joining Salus Capital Partners in Needham, MA, where he rose from AVP-credit analyst to VP-loan and credit operations.

“Rob and Carmen bring invaluable knowledge and experience from both the consulting and banking sides of the asset-based lending industry,” said Davis. “We look forward to their contributions as we continue to build the premier asset appraisal practice serving the ABL community.”
