TCF Financial launched TCF Capital Solutions  to bring together the resources of TCF Equipment Finance and Winthrop Resources, a technology finance company owned by TCF, to deliver lending and leasing expertise and financing solutions to the healthcare, industrial, specialty markets, and technology industries.
