TCF Capital Funding, a division of TCF National Bank, provided $14.5 million in secured financing to support Wincove Private Holdings in its recapitalization of Hygrade Components.

“This is our second deal with Wincove this year and we are excited about both platforms,” said TCF Capital Funding SVP Ed Ryczek. “Hygrade manufactures components that are essential to the window and door industry and we look forward to supporting the company as it continues to expand its product line.”

Bethlehem, PA-based Hygrade is a provider of components used in the manufacture of residential and commercial windows and doors. Hygrade’s products, which include stiffeners, screen frames, muntin bars, spacers and other components, are used to improve the thermal efficiency and enhance the appearance and strength of windows and doors.
