Julie H. Sullivan will stand for election to the TCF Financial board of directors at the 2016 annual meeting of stockholders on April 27, 2016. If elected, Sullivan will serve on the board’s Audit, Finance and Risk Committees.

Sullivan is president of the University of St. Thomas, located in Minnesota. She previously served as executive vice president and provost of the University of San Diego. She also serves as a director of SI Group, a privately owned global chemical company and is a member of its Audit, Compensation and Pension Committees. Sullivan has also served on the boards of PICO Holdings, Applied Micro Circuits and United PanAm Financial. She is a non-practicing certified public accountant and a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors.
