Oregon law firm Stoel Rives added Kevin D. Burnett as a partner in the firm’s Corporate Group in Portland, OR.

Burnett is a former partner with K&L Gates where he served as coordinator for their banking and asset finance group.

Burnett’s practice involves the representation of sponsors, borrowers and lenders on a variety of complex debt financing transactions, including leveraged acquisition financings, ABL facilities, energy and infrastructure financings and venture debt transactions.

He focuses on corporate transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, assisting growth companies with bridge and venture capital financings, and serving as general outside counsel to growth and middle market companies.
