Sterling National Bank added Tammy Leisen, Karen Bauer and Caryl Caponito to its new Municipal Banking team on Long Island, NY.

Leisen joins Sterling as a senior managing director and senior vice president. She will lead the team and report to Executive Vice President Vincent DeLucia. Bauer will serve as managing director and senior vice president and Caponi as associate managing director and vice president.

Leisen previously served as a senior vice president of Capital One Bank and has extensive experience managing municipal banking relationships. Bauer and Caponi also join Sterling from Capital One.
