Law firm Riemer & Braunstein added Lyle Stein to its commercial finance practice in New York City.

Stein has more than 15 years of experience and specializes in finance, representing banks and lead arrangers in securing credit facilities.

Stein was previously an attorney at White & Case and Shulte Roth & Zabel, representing clients with credit facilities ranging from tens of millions of dollars to in excess of $1 billion.

“Our New York, Boston and Chicago offices are growing and Lyle will contribute quickly to our clients’ needs,” said Stanley Riemer, managing partner at Riemer & Braunstein. “Lyle’s extensive experience in credit and loan agreements will serve our clients very well.”

Riemer & Braunstein was established in Boston in 1933, expanding to New York City in 2004 and to Chicago in 2007. It specializes in banking and finance.
