Stadion Money Management, a firm known for its technically based investor solutions that aims to capture most of the market’s good times and miss most of its bad times, announced the expansion of its board of directors to include three veteran financial executives. John Walters, Rick Wolfert, and Robert Wagner join as independent directors, bringing to seven the total number of directors on Stadion’s board.

Wolfert served most recently as vice chairman of commercial finance company CIT, a $75 billion public company. Previously, he was president and chief executive of GE Capital/Healthcare Financial Services, president and chief operating officer of Heller Financial, and chairman and chief executive of Keybank USA. He has been closely involved with more than 30 business acquisitions and divestitures, and served on the board of Heller Financial, a public company.

Walters and Wagnor were most recently COO of Harford Life Insurance and chairman/CEO of Victory Capital Management, respectively.
