S&T Bank promoted Brian Dobis to executive vice president, managing director of commercial and industrial (C&I) banking.

In his new role, Dobis will act as a dedicated C&I resource to S&T bankers, serving as a direct line to the senior loan committee, as well as assuming responsibility to optimize the bank’s current efforts to accelerate the C&I loan portfolio in 2019 and beyond.

Dobis began his career with S&T in 2015 as senior vice president, commercial banking C&I team manager, where he was charged with leading the middle market C&I group in western Pennsylvania. With nearly 13 years of industry experience under his belt prior to joining the team, he offers a wealth of specialized knowledge in the areas of credit, treasury management, private banking, and wealth management.
