SierraConstellation Partners opened two new offices in Texas. The Dallas office will be headed by SCP partner and managing director Tim Hassenger, and the Houston office will be headed by SCP managing director Drew McManigle.

McManigle has more than 25 years of experience in operational leadership, business turnarounds and financial restructurings, and he has conducted complex litigation worldwide. McManigle’s experience in the energy industry includes C-level positions with oil and gas companies, fuel distributors, oil-well servicing companies and energy production and investment companies. He also served as the interim president of Joe Corbi’s Wholesale Pizza, CRO of Jane & Company and interim CEO and general manager of Old Edwards Inn Hospitality Group.

Hassenger has more than 25 years of management, financial and operational experience in a wide range of industries. Hassenger’s expertise in the financial and operational facets of business enables him to add significant value in turnaround situations. He is also skilled at resolving complex banking, regulatory and legal issues that exist for many troubled companies. His industry experience includes aerospace, transportation, apparel, construction, consumer products, healthcare, financial services and telecommunications.
