SierraConstellation Partners (SCP), an interim management and advisory firm to middle-market companies in transition, hired Drew McManigle as a managing director. McManigle has more than 25 years of experience in operational leadership, business turnarounds and financial restructurings, and has conducted complex litigation matters worldwide. He will report directly to Lawrence Perkins, SCP’s founder and managing partner.

Prior to joining SCP, McManigle founded and operated The McManigle Company, a boutique advisory firm focused on interim management, turnarounds and business reorganization. Since starting that business in 1993, he was engaged to handle numerous operating assignments, most notably in oil and gas, specialty pharmaceuticals, food manufacturing, defense contracting, consumer products and hospitality.

McManigle’s experience in the energy industry includes C-level positions with oil and gas companies, fuel distributors, oil-well servicing companies as well as energy production and investment companies. In addition to the energy industry, he also served as the interim president of food manufacturer and fundraiser for Joe Corbi’s Wholesale Pizza, chief restructuring officer of well-known cosmetics brand Jane & Company, and interim CEO and general manager of world-class resort and real estate developer Old Edwards Inn Hospitality Group.

“Drew is extremely well-known in the industry, and his experience in the oil and gas industry will be invaluable to us as we continue to grow our client engagements in that sector,” said Perkins. “We are pleased to welcome a professional of his caliber to the SCP team and are confident he will make numerous positive contributions to our firm as we continue to grow our national practice.”
