SierraConstellation Partners has hired Rebecca Waits, Derrick Wong and Brett Kuzniar to join the firm in its Los Angeles headquarters.

  • Waits joins SCP as chief people officer, focusing on professional development by implementing strategic and innovative solutions to SCP’s employee structure. She has more than 20 years of experience in talent management, culture and engagement, most recently as the chief people & culture officer at PMK-BNC.
  • Wong joins the firm as a talent acquisition manager, responsible for all the firm’s recruiting strategies, processes and talent sourcing. In addition to performing these functions at SCP, he will provide recruiting advice and services to the firm’s clients in need of personnel. Derrick joins SCP from an international consulting and advisory firm, where he was a campus recruiting manager responsible for recruiting new college graduates and senior professionals for the Western Region.
  • Kuzniar joins as a finance and accounting manager overseeing the firm’s financial and accounting operations, financial statements, and key performance indicators. Prior to joining SCP, Brett was a financial analyst at a national law firm and held a variety of roles at Northern Trust in Chicago.
