Chicago-based law firm Shaw Fishman Glantz & Towbin will open a new office in Delaware led by bankruptcy attorney, Thomas M. Horan. Horan most recently practiced in the Wilmington, DE office of Womble Carlyle.

Horan has a well-established practice representing debtors, official committees of unsecured creditors, and other clients in complex Chapter 11 proceedings. His wide-ranging bankruptcy experience also includes representing parties in preference, fraudulent transfer, and turnover litigation. Horan sits on the board of directors of the American Bankruptcy Institute.
