The enterprise SaaS platform, with recurring revenue of more than $8 million, provides a suite of CRM tools to clean, protect and enhance company and contact information, with the goal of improving organizational efficiency and business intelligence, while maximizing ROI on CRM and marketing automation investments.

The private equity backed-company was looking to buy out a significant shareholder and net additional working capital to make strategic hires and help fund growth initiatives.

SG Credit provided a solution with a structure that allowed the company to buy out the existing shareholder without complicating existing shareholder dynamics. SG Credit closed the deal within three weeks after becoming comfortable with the company’s recurring revenue, client base quality and continued shareholder support.
