SEB acted as coordinator on an amended revolving credit facility for Alfa Laval. SEB was joined by existing lenders BNP Paribas, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, HSBC, ING, Nordea Bank, with Standard Chartered joining as a new lender.

The amended facility changed the current facilities of €400 million ($433.28 million) and $543 million into a facility of €900 million ($974.88 million) with a one-year extension of the maturity from June 2021 until June 2022.

Alfa Laval is a provider of heat transfer, centrifugal separation and fluid handling.
