SB360 Capital Partners added Adams Milton and Tiffany Arredondo to its Boston team.

Milton joins SB360 as a senior financial analyst. He will be engaged in varied financial analyses of SB360’s business including acquisitions, collateral monitoring, dispositions, and special projects. He will collaborate on the completion of financial due diligence and the modeling of various types of retail and wholesale asset classes.

Prior to joining SB360, Milton was a senior financial analyst with Tiger Valuation Services. He worked within the wholesale appraisal group, primarily on consumer electronics, cosmetics, and apparel. His responsibilities included modeling liquidation scenarios as well as direct communication with C-Suite members of multi-million-dollar businesses.

Milton joined Tiger after working for State Street Bank in its Service Governance Group. He performed monthly and daily due diligence such as KPI reporting and collateral monitoring.

Arredondo joins SB360 as assistant vice president of Corporate Development. She will be responsible for corporate initiatives and assisting with new business. Arredondo will play a role in all aspects of assessing new business opportunities, generating business insights to further advance short and long-term growth strategies and priorities. She will also support SB360 in other functional areas as required by business needs.

Before joining SB360, Arredondo was a senior analyst, Corporate Development and Marketing at Gordon Brothers. Her responsibilities included contributing to the governance process with key stakeholders by assisting in the due diligence, valuation modeling and financial analysis of deals and initiatives. Earlier at Gordon Brothers, she worked as a senior analyst in the consumer products inventory valuation practice. She provided full analytical support for new and on-going asset valuations and advisory engagements for various wholesale distributors and retailers.
