Saul Ewing announced that Adam S. Zarren, a partner in the Corporate Practice, was appointed to the Business Law Section Council for the Maryland State Bar Association. The purpose of the Business Law Section is to promote the objectives of the Maryland State Bar Association within the field of corporation, banking and business law to attorneys who have a special interest in those fields and to further the study, development and improvement of the law. Zarren will serve an initial three-year term. He joins Saul Ewing partners Marshall Paul and Eric Orlinsky on the Council.

Based in the firm’s Baltimore office, Zarren advises growing small and middle-market businesses, as well as large national and global companies on general corporate, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and many other business-related matters. He received his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law.
