Gary S. Rosner, a partner and member of the alternative dispute resolution and litigation practice groups at Moritt Hock & Hamroff, has been appointed to the Florida Supreme Court’s mediator ethics advisory committee (MEAC) by chief justice Carlos G. Muniz for a four-year term through June 30, 2028.

Rosner is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil and County Court Mediator in addition to being a Florida Supreme Court Qualified Arbitrator.

Rosner was also recently elected to the executive council of the Florida Bar ADR section and elected vice president of the Florida Academy of Mediators. In addition, he has been appointed co-chair of the Miami-Dade Bar Association’s ADR/Arbitration Committee for the 2024 – 2025 fiscal year, and has been reappointed co-chair of the Broward County Bar Association’s ADR Committee. He has also been named to The Boca Raton Observer Top Lawyers list for 2024.
