Rosenthal & Rosenthal made another round of leadership changes via several promotions and appointments that will take effect on Jan. 1, including:

  • Naming Josh Ceccarelli, a senior vice president with the firm, to portfolio manager of the factoring division
  • Naming Kevin Stapleton, currently a senior vice president in the factoring division, and Derek Sigler, who was promoted to senior vice president, team leaders in the factoring division
  • Naming Megan Flaherty senior vice president and underwriting manager for Rosenthal Trade Capital
  • Naming Andrew Barone senior vice president, business development officer and director of sales for Pipeline, Rosenthal’s newest division serving high-growth direct-to-consumer and e-commerce businesses
  • Naming John Haverly senior vice president and controller
  • Naming Daisy Dai vice president in the asset-based lending division
  • Naming Julie Hughes team leader in the North Carolina office
  • Naming Rochelle Lewis vice president in the credit department

These personnel moves follow news from earlier this week that Rosenthal promoted Paul Schuldiner to chief lending officer, Gary Norman to head of factoring, Joe Pepe to Northeast regional sales manager for factoring and Rob Martucci to national sales manager for asset-based lending.

“This is an exhilarating time for our firm, and we feel so fortunate to have a top-notch group of leaders eager to flex their expertise and talents to guide Rosenthal into the future,” Ken Kleiner, executive vice president and chief marketing officer at Rosenthal & Rosenthal, said. “As they step into their new roles, I am confident Rosenthal will be well positioned for continued success as we look ahead to the next 80 years.”
