Riveron Consulting has announced four industry veterans will join the firm’s Dallas office.

Acting as Dallas senior manager, Kelley Hartley will be responsible for technical guidance. Hartley joined Riveron from KPMG, where she served in audit practice gaining extensive experience providing accounting, internal control and business advice to various publicly traded and privately held clients. In her tenure at KPMG, she also served internationally as U.S. GAAP resource and assisted with SOX 404 implementation for a Fortune 500 Company. Additionally, she served as a National Instructor teaching the firm’s audit methodology and technical topics. Hartley graduated with a BBA and a Masters in Accounting from Baylor University, and is a CPA.

Bryce Tutjer joins Riveron as Dallas manager, and will be responsible for post-transaction support. Tutjer’s most recent position was with American Contractors Insurance Group where he worked on the project team and created fully automated, macro-based, VBA-driven Excel spreadsheets, SQL queries and Crystal Reports across multiple accounting and operational functions. Other professional experience includes time at Maverick Capital as a hedge fund accountant and at Choice Homes as a senior accountant. Tutjer began his career in the audit group of Arthur Anderson after graduating from The University of Texas with a PPA, MPA and BBA in Accounting and Business Honors.

As a new Dallas manager, Dawson Oswalt’s primary responsibility will be strategic planning and analysis. His most recent position was with Trans-Trade, where he served as the manager of financial planning and analysis. Prior to his tenure with Trans-Trade, Oswalt served in the business valuations and litigation support group of TravisWolff. Other professional experience includes time at 4G, PBL Capital and Katzen Marshall. He graduated from Texas Christian University with a double major in Accounting and Finance as a Dean’s Scholar.

Riveron’s newest associate, Alex Benanti will be tasked with operations support. Before joining Riveron, Benanti served in a variety of roles for Raytheon. He moved into the position of business analyst after completion of the Finance Leadership Development Program. In the analyst role, he worked on project management, systems consolidations and SAP projects. Benanti graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a degree in finance and is a Six Sigma Black Belt.
