Riveron Consulting said it has appointed David Brink to its Washington, DC office as principal, responsible for business development.

Brink joins Riveron from WhosHere, where he served as business development manager. He joined the technology startup as the company’s fourth employee, and was responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to expand the user base and increase revenue per user. Prior to that he was an investment banker with Houlihan Lokey and founded the Washington DC office for Cambridge Mercantile Corporation.

Through his 12 years of investment banking and business development leadership, Brink has worked with a wide variety of companies in areas of finance, strategy and transaction advisory with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions. He also plays an active role in his community through NextGen Angel Investors, where he sources deal flow, analyzes business plans and advises early stage startups.
