Reuters reported that at the annual Jackson Hole policy symposium, International Monetary Fund managing director Christine Lagarde said central banks in Europe, the U.S. and Japan have no need to rush to the exits from the monetary policies put into place to spur growth.

The article added she also said that central banks must work with each other to minimize spillover from any withdrawal of policy accommodation that could stifle world growth.
