Reuters reported Wesco Aircraft Holdings plans to tap the leveraged loan markets to back its acquisition of Haas Group, sources told Reuters .

According to Reuters , Wesco Aircraft Holdings is planning a $525 million term loan B, with Bank of America Merrill Lynch as lead left; and Barclays, Morgan Stanley and RBC to the right. The new seven-year term loan is expected to be covenant-lite, Reuters said further.
