RBS, Lloyds Arrange $61.2MM Pantheon Facility Upsize


Pantheon International agreed to an additional multi-currency revolving credit facility agreement of £50 million ($61.2 million).

The facility is an extension to the current four-year facility that is in place until November 2018. The existing facility has been denominated to $100 million and €46 million ($50.08 million), equivalent to £116 million ($141.9 million) as of August 31, 2016, and remains fully undrawn.

The additional facility, arranged by the Royal Bank of Scotland and Lloyds Banking Group, will be redenominated to U.S. dollars and Euros in line with the existing facility, and also has a maturity date of November 2018.
