Mark P. Ramsey joined Katten Muchin Rosenman as a partner in its growing Commercial Finance practice in New York.

Ramsey will represent lenders, developers, administrative agents and arrangers – as well as corporate, private equity fund and portfolio company borrowers – in highly complex finance transactions in a variety of industries. He will concentrate his practice on the structuring, negotiation and documentation of syndicated acquisition, working capital and recapitalization credit facilities, ranging from middle-market to large-cap transactions .

Ramsey previously consulted with an American chemical company in a $2.5 billion senior secured recapitalization financing related to the spinoff of its titanium dioxide business and advised a U.S. drugstore chain in the amendment and restatement of its $3.7 billion senior secured revolving credit facility. He also worked at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.
