Preston Hollow Capital hired three senior professionals in its Originations and Asset Management groups.

Associate Director Ryan Chiriboga joins a growing originations team at PHC, while Patrick Allen (senior asset manager) and Michelle Harris (asset manager) will complement the surveillance and asset management functions of the firm.

Chiriboga joins Preston Hollow Capital as an associate director focused on the firm’s asset origination activities. His primary responsibilities include the evaluation and structuring of the firm’s investments. He brings more than 13 years of municipal finance experience to PHC, having structured capital markets transactions for a variety of municipal credit types nationally.

Allen joins Preston Hollow Capital as a senior asset manager with a focus on the management and oversight of PHC’s portfolio. Prior to joining the PHC team, he was a vice president – Asset Management with Deutsche Bank in Dallas. He brings more than 19 years of commercial real estate credit and asset management experience to the firm.

Harris comes to PHC with over 13 years of experience in municipal real estate bonds, low income housing tax credits and on-book lending. She joins PHC from Deutsche Bank, with previous tenures at GE Capital Real Estate and GEMSA Loan Services.
