PNC Capital Markets announced the creation of a Transportation and Utilities public finance capital markets team based in New York City. Nic Malas was hired as managing director to lead the team. He will focus on transportation financing and municipal utilities.

In addition, the team will include new hire Eric Golynsky, director, and PNC veteran Vin Kurian, lead banker for public power.

Malas joins PNC with 14 years of experience in the transportation finance industry, most recently with Siebert Brandford Shank.

With nine years experience, Golynsky joins PNC from Siebert Brandford Shank, specializing in transportation financing.
