PNC Financial Services and PNC Bank appointed Linda R. Medler and Martin Pfinsgraff to both respective boards of directors, effective immediately.

Medler is the president and CEO of LA Medler and Associates, which provides cyber strategy consulting services to commercial clients and numerous U.S. Department of Defense customers. Medler was the chief information security officer and director of information technology security of Raytheon Missile Systems, a subsidiary of Raytheon Company, a position she held until December 2017. In 2014, she completed 30 years of active service in the U.S. Air Force, retiring as a brigadier general.

Pfinsgraff is the former senior deputy comptroller for large bank supervision at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, a position he held from 2013 until 2017. He also served as COO of iJet International, a risk management solutions company he co-founded, and held various leadership positions with Prudential Financial.

Medler was appointed to the Risk Committee and the Technology Subcommittee of the Risk Committee. Pfinsgraff was appointed to the Audit Committee and Risk Committee.
