Phoenix Capital’s Cook Receives 40 Under 40 Distinction

Phoenix Capital Resources, a middle-market investment bank focused on special situations, announced that Adam Cook, managing director and head of Investment Banking, has been recognized by The M&A Advisor as one of 2012’s “40 Under 40.”

Eastern region award winners and finalists will be honored by The M&A Advisor on Thursday, May 3. The black tie Awards Gala will be held at The Lighthouse on the waterfront in New York City.

“Adam has become a nationally recognized leader in the middle market investment banking arena, particularly as it relates to challenged transactions. Adam routinely advises companies, financial sponsors and lenders in connection with special situation, as well as, main-stream transactions, across a variety of industries. Adam’s investment banking accomplishments include: successfully negotiating complex financial restructurings; securing private placements (including debt refinancings and equity placements); and overseeing change-of-control transactions (both in and out of court, domestically and internationally). Cook has participated in transactions totaling over $4 billion in enterprise value.
