Perella Weinberg Partners elected five individuals to join the firm’s partnership, effective January 1, 2018: Timo Bauschke and David Heimer in London, and Anne Hamilton, Kyle Sugarman and Troy Wagner in New York.

Bauschke focuses on advising clients in the industrials sector, with particular focus on the chemicals space and German speaking geography. Prior to joining PWP in 2013, Bauschke served as director on the EMEA Chemicals team at Deutsche Bank.

Heimer focuses on advising clients in the Telecommunications, Media and Technology (TMT) sectors. Prior to joining PWP in 2006, Heimer was at Merrill Lynch International in London where he worked on a range of M&A transactions as well as equity and debt financings in the TMT sector.

Hamilton focuses on advising clients in the telecommunications and media sectors. She previously served as a managing director in the Telecommunications, Media and Technology Group at Lazard and as a director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s Global TMT Group.

Sugarman is the global head of human resources at Perella Weinberg Partners, helping to drive the HR strategy and agenda for the firm. She previously worked as a vice president in human resources at Cantor Fitzgerald for the Debt Capital Markets and Equity Capital Markets businesses and as an HR vice president for Goldman Sachs.

Wagner focuses on advising financial sponsors across a variety of sectors. Prior to joining Perella Weinberg Partners in July of 2012, Wagner was at Barclays Capital and Lehman Brothers from 2003 to 2012, working with clients across a variety of industries on capital markets transactions and strategic initiatives.
