Jay Montgomery joined the Winter Harbor team, expanding the company’s national presence. Montgomery will be based in Columbia, SC and be responsible for overseeing corporate reorganizations, turnarounds and financial transactions.

Montgomery comes to Winter Harbor with 20-years of business management experience. He specializes in strategic planning, process improvement, crisis management, cash flow forecasting and expanding business operations. He has played an integral role in directing accounting and treasury operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and treasury departments.

Previously, Montgomery oversaw the servicing of four subsidiaries companies and was responsible for all credit decisions and collections, including ensuring all customer sales tax and federal licenses were in compliance.
