Monroe Capital Funds $46.5MM Credit Facility for Conisus Recap

Monroe Capital announced the funding of a $46.5 million unitranche credit facility to support the recapitalization of Conisus by private equity sponsor Webster Capital.

Atlanta-based Conisus offers scientific-oriented promotional marketing and education solutions to biopharmaceutical companies to assist in the promotion and education of oncology drugs and therapies.

Monroe Capital is a provider of senior and junior debt and equity co-investments to middle-market companies in the U.S. and Canada.

Webster Capital is a private equity partnership with over $200 million in capital under management which invests in healthcare services, branded consumer and business to business companies.
