Monitor, the leading source of information for the equipment finance industry, has announced the details of Converge, an extraordinary two-day event that will be held in Philadelphia from June 14-15.

At its core, Converge is an awards ceremony that is truly the first of its kind in the equipment finance industry. To celebrate Monitor’s 50-year anniversary, Converge will honor the legends who built the industry, the trailblazers who made a difference and the NextGen leaders who will carry the torch of equipment finance into tomorrow.

Converge is much more than an awards ceremony. The multi-day event will kick off on June 14 with a welcome networking reception at Hotel Monaco’s rooftop bar with an amazing view of Philadelphia.

On the morning of Thursday, June 15, industry leaders will convene for an all-day conference that will be unlike any other industry event to date, as attendees will create the content. Monitor is approaching this conference very differently. We want attendees to decide what to talk about, what’s important to their companies and the industry, and who they want to learn from and be with.

The conference will begin with a keynote address from world-renowned thought leader and futurist John Hagel, designed to help attendees to think about the future. Following the keynote, Hagel will moderate a panel of industry leaders, including:

  • Bill Verhelle, Founder and CEO of QuickFi
  • Linda Redding, Managing Director and Head of Equipment Finance at JPMorgan Chase
  • Eric McGriff, Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Risk Officer at Wintrust Specialty Finance
  • Nicole Torraco, President of FITTLE, a Xerox Company
  • Lawrence Latvala, Managing Director and Practice Leader at Teradata
  • Bridget Lindner, Chief Information Officer at DLL

After this panel discussion, designed to be provocative and future focused, attendees will decide the topics to focus on for rest of the afternoon. The Monitor team will create breakout sessions based on attendee feedback. This event will not be your average conference.

Later that evening, Monitor will host the final event, a celebration of Monitor’s 50th Anniversary with an Awards Ceremony & Gala at Philadelphia’s National Constitution Center. This spectacular evening will be full of fun, inspiration and celebration as we acknowledge and honor the past 50 years of the equipment finance industry. It will include an intimate fireside chat with Brian Lee, one of the most successful entrepreneurs of our generation, and a one-of-a-kind awards ceremony.

Early bird pricing for this event of a lifetime closes on March 31. Seating is limited, so attendees are encouraged to register today.
