McDonald Hopkins hired two new associates: Amy Wojnarwsky in the Cleveland office and Shara C. Cornell in the Chicago office.

Wojnarwsky has five years of experience providing counsel to privately held businesses in merger and acquisitions, contract and lending matters, new entity formation and business succession planning. Before earning her law degree, she worked with Teach for America as a fifth grade and computer science teacher in Phoenix, AZ.

Cornell has six years of experience representing secured and unsecured creditors in restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings, including large chapter 11 bankruptcies. She previously served as a staff law clerk and law clerk to the Hon. LaShonda A. Hunt and Chief Judge Bruce W. Black in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the Northern District of Illinois and as law clerk for the Hon. Robert G. Mayer in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the Eastern District of Virginia.
