Riveron Consulting’s Chicago office hired business development and leadership veteran, Tony Martorano, as a director of business development to help expand the company’s presence in the Midwest.

Martorano will be responsible for senior leadership in sales and business development, creating revenue growth through relationship building. Riveron is a financial consulting firm serving private equity funds, firms growing through strategic acquisitions, and companies seeking to maximize the value of business transactions. The firm has offices in Chicago, Dallas, Houston and Washington, DC.

With more than 25 years of industry experience, Martorano is skilled in presentations and negotiations, building senior level relationships, as well as developing and implementing short and long term sales strategies and goals. He joins Riveron from Grant Thornton International in Chicago, where he served as a business development executive. In this role he worked with the transaction advisory team to increase business with investment banks and private equity groups. Prior experience also includes launching the Chicago office for Florida-based Steven Douglas Associates, and serving as CEO and co-founder of Broadpeak Collaborative in Dundee, IL. Additionally, Martorano spent seven years with Resources Global, an international professional services firm in Costa Mesa, CA.

Martorano attended Illinois State University where he received his bachelor of science in accounting; he is a Certified Public Accountant.
