Rebecca Martin has joined Jones Day’s Health Care & Life Sciences Practice as a partner in its New York Office.

Martin has deep experience in investigations, litigations and settlements involving the False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, and other health care and financial fraud matters. She represents health care clients in False Claims Act and grand jury investigations and litigations, including an academic medical center, hospitals, multi-state physician practices, providers of pharmaceutical product support and medical education, private equity and REIT clients, skilled nursing facilities, a pharmaceutical wholesaler, a medical device company, and a major diagnostics company.

Martin’s experience includes 15 years at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York, serving most recently as co-chief of the Civil Frauds Unit and health care fraud coordinator for SDNY.
