MainSource Bank announced that it expanded its presence into Cincinnati with the hiring of a team of local, experienced commercial banking executives to develop and service businesses throughout the greater Cincinnati area.

Daryl R. Tressler, president and CEO, stated, “We are excited to join the Cincinnati area and begin serving the business customers with the wide array of financial products and services that MainSource offers. Because we are in many of the surrounding areas, it is a natural fit that we fill in our footprint by locating an office within the community.”

David Cardell was hired to serve as market director for MainSource Bank’s Cincinnati market. He has more than 20 years of commercial banking experience providing value and banking solutions to his clients and prospects.

The following individuals were also appointed: David Stringer as a commercial banking officer, Richard Sterling as commercial real estate manager, Rob Allanson as equipment finance manager and Michelle Maxwell as equipment finance banker.

In addition, veteran employee Hope Harmeier, treasury management officer, was relocated to the Cincinnati office to provide deposit services.

“We are committed to delivering on a creative, consistent, flexible and responsive approach to middle-market banking,” said Cardell.

Tressler added, “MainSource is fortunate to have such a strong team in place. Each has a proven track record in the financial industry. Their financial expertise and dedication to quality service are directly aligned with MainSource’s corporate purpose.”

MainSource Bank is a subsidiary of Greensburg, IN-headquartered MainSource Financial Group.
