Mackinac Partners announced corporate growth executive, Kevin P. Bruce, has joined the firm as senior managing director.

Bruce, who has served as a senior executive for a number of top companies including Dunkin’ Donuts NDCP, Strategic Equipment and Supply, United Site Services, LSG LufthansaSky Chefs, Pulte and PepsiCo Food Systems Worldwide, brings 30 years of experience to Mackinac Partners in helping to lead public and private organizations to breakthrough market growth and operational success.

Bruce has consistently increased enterprise value for organizations throughout his career via merger, roll-ups, operational and supply chain re-engineering, multichannel marketing, and financial streamlining, including leading more than 40 M&A transactions.

As CEO for Dunkin’ Donuts NDCP, the largest member-owned supply chain cooperative and distribution provider in North America, Bruce spearheaded efforts which helped the company yield over $300 million in savings, winning the Dunkin’ Brands 2012 Global Supplier of the Year award. As CEO of United Site Services, Kevin lead the company to record results for consecutive years while improving market share in primary and secondary industries.

As executive group VP for U.S. Core markets at LSG LufthansaSky Chefs, Bruce significantly increased profitability and productivity for the core US business segment, while setting record customer quality and safety results for all airline carriers. Earlier in his career, Bruce was the VP of Worldwide Equipment for PepsiCo Food Systems Worldwide, helping to establish record levels of growth, profits, and customer satisfaction across multiple multi-national business units.
