Laura Macca, director of business transformation within EisnerAmper’s enterprise technology and information services group, was shortlisted in the category of “U.S. Digital Transformation Leader of the Year” for DiversityQ’s esteemed Women in IT Awards.

Nominees include women who are chief digital officers, digital directors or digital transformation leaders who’ve displayed passion, innovation and resiliency while leading an IT/digital transformation or business change program driven by technology over the past 18 months. An independent panel of judges will review examples of the technology and innovation involved, leadership, best practices, results and ROI, business goal alignment and culture shift management. Winners will be announced during a September virtual ceremony.

With more than 20 years of tax and operations experience, Macca leads large-scale strategic transformation projects globally and across all EisnerAmper service lines. She partners with firm leadership on strategy around optimizing internal processes, leveraging new technologies for innovation and navigating the rapidly evolving landscape of software, analytic tools and capabilities.

“Laura has led, and continues to lead, transformative changes that align technology with business needs and position the firm and its clients for success,” Amir Segev, principal in EisnerAmper’s enterprise technology and information services group, said. “I believe she’s far exceeded DiversityQ’s award criteria and is well-deserving of this honor.”
