Silicon Valley law firm Hoge Fenton said that mergers & acquisitions lawyer Nancy Yamaguchi has joined the firm. She is a member of the firm’s M&A, International Law, Business Transactions, Corporate and Intellectual Property groups.

Yamaguchi focuses her practice on cross-border mergers and acquisitions involving technology companies and, in particular, those in the semiconductor, mobile communications, biotech and software industries. Having had many years of business experience, she is able to provide customized, industry-specific legal advice and negotiate transactions that are unique and relevant to the clients she is assisting. She also handles technology transactions, including technology license agreements, manufacturing services (wafer supply) agreements and technology development agreements.

Yamaguchi is a graduate of Northwestern University School of Law, with graduate and undergraduate degrees from Harvard and Georgetown Universities. Before entering the business world, She was an associate in the Private Equity practice at the international law firm of Jones Day. Originally from Japan, she is fluent in Japanese.
