Lighthouse Financial promoted Daniel Ellis to senior vice president, account executive. In this role Ellis will continue to manage a portfolio of asset-based loans and underwrite new transactions. In addition, Ellis will lead the efforts of Lighthouse’s subsidiary Verification Management Company, which provides asset-based loan management services to financial institutions without the capacity to do so themselves.

Ellis is an industry veteran with nearly 20 years of banking and accounting experience, the last five with Lighthouse. He spent nearly six years in loan review and risk management roles with various financial institutions, most recently as vice president with Carolina Bank. He also has more than eight years of audit and consulting experience with multiple accounting firms, both regional and national.
