Levine Leichtman Capital Partners (LLCP), a Los Angeles-based private equity firm, announced that Brad Parish has joined as a managing director and dedicated member of the Deep Value investment team.

Parish, who was most recently a principal at D.E. Shaw Direct Capital, brings extensive expertise in sourcing, executing, and realizing distressed debt investments and other special situation transactions. He will participate in the origination of investment opportunities, as well as due diligence, portfolio management and realization of investments within our Deep Value Funds.

Parish attended The University of Texas at Austin and received a BBA in finance from the Business Honors Program (with high honors), an MBA from the McCombs School of Business (with honors). He also received a JD and served as an editor of the Texas Law Review at the University of Texas School of Law. Parish is a licensed attorney in New York.
