Bloomberg reported that a judge ruled that teen clothing chain Aeropostale can ask creditors to vote on its reorganization plan while the company prepares for its August trial against Sycamore Partners.

According to Bloomberg, Aeropostale claims that Sycamore drove the company into bankruptcy, intending to buy it at a low price during bankruptcy proceedings.
