JPMorgan, Citibank Co-Agent $2.5B 364-Day Facility For Walt Disney


Walt Disney Company entered into a new $2.5 billion 364-day credit agreement with a syndicate of lenders led by JPMorgan Chase and Citibank as co-administrative agents, according to a related 8-K filing.

Citigroup Global Markets JPMorgan, BNP Paribas Securities and Deutsche Bank Securities were joint lead arranges and joint bookrunners. BNP Paribas and Deutsche Bank Securities were co-syndication agents.
