Elizabeth Arden entered into an agreement with JPMorgan Chase to amend its existing second lien credit agreement. The amendment extends the maturity date of the credit agreement to October 16, 2017.

According to a related 8-K filing, except as amended, all other provisions of the second lien credit agreement remain in full force and effect. The filing also noted that JPMorgan Chase is the administrative agent under the company’s $300 million revolving credit facility.
