Adam K. Joseph, managing director of MACCO Restructuring Group’s Las Vegas office, became the president of the Nevada chapter of the Turnaround Management Association.

The TMA is an organization focused on corporate restructuring, renewal and corporate health with almost 10,000 members worldwide in 54 chapters. The Nevada Chapter is one of 34 North American chapters. The TMA’s membership includes business restructuring and turnaround professionals, financial advisors, investment bankers, attorneys, accountants, liquidators, academics, government employees and members of the judiciary.

“I’m honored and excited to offer my leadership and to re-energize the Nevada TMA chapter,” Joseph said. “Along with the newly created board of directors, collectively, we will develop it into the premier networking and educational organization while creating a new level of awareness for business restructuring professionals in Nevada and the Southwest. We are also looking forward to being an active partner with TMA Global as it hosts the Distressed Investing Conference here in Las Vegas in February 2022.”

“I’m thrilled for Adam and I know with his infectious enthusiasm, he’ll do great things for the Nevada chapter,” Drew McManigle, founder and CEO of MACCO, said. “This also reflects our ongoing commitment to the professionalism of the corporate restructuring and renewal industry built on our sponsorship of the Houston, Philadelphia and now Nevada Chapters, together with my service as a TMA board member in Houston and that of our colleague, managing director Patrick Stewart, CTP, who serves on the TMA board in Philadelphia.”
