The transactions include:

$75,000 to a transportation company in Ontario
$600,000 to a transportation company in Illinois
$100,000 to a promotional clothing company in Ontario
$75,000 to a transportation company in Saskatchewan
$100,000 to a machining company in North Carolina
$120,000 to a transportation company in Illinois
$75,000 to a transportation company in Saskatchewan
